It is so sad and pathetic as the dead body of one Samuel Amponsah who is popularly known in the community as Kwaku Pozo (because he is disable) is abandoned to rot in his room because Pozo died as a result of curse.
Kwaku Pozo, believed to be in his late 30’s died on Thursday March 28 2019 around 12:00pm and the body still lies on the floor of his room.
The father of Kwaku Pozo who is said to be a pastor at Akyem Apedwa and other closest relatives have refused to get closer to the remains with fear that they will also die if they get in touch.
In an interview with the funeral committee secretary of the community, he disclosed to Radio1News that the late kwaku Pozo was fond of cursing and for about a fortnight ago they realized the family was battling with the curse issue. “For about 2 weeks now, we heard the guy was slapped by antoa for cursing his Aunt. They were asked to perform some rituals to avert the death but the family could not afford the requirements of the god. So he died yesterday around 12:00pm and eceryone is afraid to get closer to the body,” Mr Amoako said.

Meanwhile, the Assembly member of the community, hon. Eric Bosompem has reported the situation to Bunso police station.
Kwaku Pozo left behind 2 children and as at the time Radio1News correspondent got there, the stench of the remains was unbearable since the room is enclosed and only the window is opened.
