The communication Director for Atiwa West constituency on the ticket of the ruling New Patriotic Party, NPP, Mr Yaw Ofori a.k.a Super, has rebuffed the numerous speculations that the Minister of Road and Highways who doubles as the Member of Parliament, MP for Atiwa West, Hon. Kwasi Amoako-Atta is hoarding Gas cylinders meant for the constituency in his house for reasons best known to himself.
He entreated all and sundry to treat the ongoing speculations as hoax and fabricated attempts to dent the image of the hard working public figure by some of the Coordinators to tarnish the image of the Minister.
Super Yaw Ofori made this revelation on Radio1FM, 100.7HMZ on the Susubiribi morning show on Monday October, 15 2018.
He stated point clear that the cylinders are in the minister’s warehouse at the District Assembly where he keep his things.
However, he said, the cylinders are not for the NPP members in the constituency only, rather for all the people in the constituency and the reason for keeping them till now is because the total number does not match the beneficiaries.
He said for that reason the minister has to allocate time to properly know how share it to avoid any confusion.
Mr Yaw Ofori added that the minister met with the coordinators during the weekend and has promised to come to the constituency within this week to properly share the cylinders for peace to prevail.
