Bawumia’s Engagement With Stakeholders Is Above Cedi – Dollar Mantra – Alhaji Bodinga

The first vice chairman for the ruling New Patriotic Party, NPP in eastern region, Alhaji Umar Bodinga who is popularly known in politics as field martial has disclosed that the vice president’s engagement with stakeholders is above the cedi – dollar mantra and asked that the nation rather need to congratulate the Akufo-Addo – Bawumia NPP led government than stabbing them.

According to the vociferous NPP stalwart, the meeting is unprecedented since it would be the first time a government has brought together all members of the economic management team together to meet stakeholders.

In a studio discussion on the Susubiribi morning show on Radio 1FM 100.7MHZ on Tuesday April 2, 2019, he told the host, Nana Kwabena Addo that H.E. the vice president of Ghana, Dr Mahamoud Bawumia would not be the only personality to address the meeting.

He said, the likes of senior minister Osafo Maafo, trade and industry minister Alan Kyeremanten, Finance minister Ken Ofori-Atta, Energy minister Peter John Amewu, Road minister Amoako Atta, etc would be there to address issues of concern related to the offices they occupy.

However, he entreated all who can make it to join the meeting and ask whatever questions bothering them especially the traders and inhabitants of Makola since the meeting place is closer to them.

The vice president of Ghana and head of the economic management team in Ghana has set April 3, 2019 to engage stakeholders in managing Ghana’s economy after the finance minister addressed parliament few weeks ago.
