The Eastern Regional Chairman for the the opposition Liberal Party of Ghana, Akyea Brown has lauded the Akufo-Addo led ruling New Patriotic Party’s, NPP, flagship program, Free Senior High School system and the adoption of the Double Track System.
According to Mr Akyea, it is an indication that the New Patriotic Party is really making good policies for the generations yet unborn and appealed to the various Parties to rather get onboard, give their opinions as to how to better it from here than sabotaging this fantastic policy.
Mr AKyea Brown, speaking on the ISSUES, a political Show on Radio1FM on Saturday, October 20, 2018 told the host of the show, Owurakou Asamoah that he roots 100% for the policy even though the NDC pundit there objected to his notion.
He said anytime there is Pressure on you, you think otherwise to have alternative approach. He further noted that the Liberal Party will continue from wherever Akufo-Addo leaves the SHS and they would readily improve upon it.
These were in response to a publication where a survey says about 73% Ghanaians are okay with Free SHS.
