ER: Chief To Be Exposed Soon For Extorting Money From Contractors

Radio 1 News can authoritatively state with reference to documents available to Radio 1 that a chief in the Eastern region, somewhere Akropong area has over the time through dubious ways been extorting money from business men in a fake of giving them GETFUND contracts.

This noble chief with name withheld is very much respected in the community but his private ordeals are not good to write home about.

The Chief promises several business men with classroom contracts from GETFUND and after falling into his sweet and garnished marketing proposals, he goes into hibernation and it becomes hide and seek and sometimes have to change his sim card.

Sources available to Radio 1 News indicate that it has not been once, twice or thrice but a habit of the said chief and upon our interrogation with this chief, he admitted his fault and promised to pay the victims by ending of January 2019.

Now January is passed, a week into February and it appears the chief doesn’t want to pay what he dubiously took from the business men even though he pays without interest.

Radio 1 News team would take the next action by next week if he fails to pay the amount involved by making him known to the public as to what he does to get money then after back the victims and head to court for better judgment.
