Rawlings Will Suffer Before He Dies – Kennedy Agyapong

Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central, Hon Kennedy Agyapong in a sound bite is heard wishing ill luck on former president Jerry John Rawlings saying the latter will suffer before he dies to glorify the name of God.

Speaking on ‘Boiling Point’, a political program on Accra based radio station, Oman Fm, the controversial New Patriotic Party (NPP) lawmaker in an angry tone without mincing words vilified the ex-president as well as the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Ghana Armed Forces, Colonel Aggrey Quashie.

Mr. Agyapong who weeks ago stated he was keenly looking forward to getting special military protocol slots for “his people” otherwise “he will make noise” fired that the PRO of GAF live on radio.

“Colonel Eric Aggrey Quarshie is stupid fool! He should look at Rawlings, the way he is been shaking always; Rawlings will suffer before he dies to glorify the name of God” the NPP lawmaker fired.

The outspoken parliamentarian also alleged that the leadership and members of the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) are more corrupt than politicians in the country. He further stated, apart from the army commander, the leadership of GAF is filled with members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). He dared the army to try to arrest him and see what will happen in the country.

Mr. Agyapong was responding to the Ghana Armed Force for saying they have given him the green light to make all the noise he can muster as they are not going to give any protocol slots to him, and for that matter any politician in their recruitment exercise for military personnel into the service.
