Nana Appiah Mensah- NAM1 is accused of swindling his customers and booted with their monies. several opinions have been shared by many people on several media platforms including Instagram.
In an phone interview on Radio1FM 100.7MHZ Mid-Day News on 10th January, 2019 Lakour told
the News anchor, Onokwafo Yaw Asiedu, that she made a post on her instagram page on the MENZGOLD crisis and disclosed that she never said in her post that she is in support of how NAMI and MENZGOLD are handling issues with their customers.
She said that as a good citizen of Ghana she voiced her opinion on her instagram page by asking if NAM1 is a fraudster so she does not understand why her comment has been twisted and given a different understanding and added that she does not have any idea about when the whole issue about NAM1 and MENZSGOLD crisis began.
However, she believes NAM1 has done a lot for some Ghanaians and thinks the critics must be circumspect in their discussions of the issue. She indicated that she has never met nor ever had any business transaction with NAM1.
According to her she is surprised with the allegation that has been made that NAM1 is her fiancé and reason why she posted that comment on her instagram handle to show her support. She also added that she did not make the post because she wants media hype.
