NDC lacks ideas- Hon. Mathew Nyindam

The Member of Parliament for Kpandai constituency in the Northern region and the deputy majority chief whip in Parliament, Hon. Mathew Nyindam has described the opposition National Democratic Congress NDC as peoples who lacks ideas in governance.

According to him, governance is about ideas, how you can manage the resources you have to generate income to develop the country you are governing, but   the NDC were ignorance about how to used the resources we have to generate income to develop the nation.

He said the NDC were going on traditional way of borrowing and governing, hence their consistence borrowing which has raised the country’s debt to 127billion cedis.

Hon. Mathew Nyindam said, poverty is lacks of ideas, the NDC were not just lacks the ideas, but were seriously incompetence in the sense that, they have governed for about 8years with huge amount of borrowing but couldn’t do anything rather than leaving Ghanaians in poverty.

Speaking on Radio 1 breakfast show ”Susubribi” with host Captain Kofi Owusu, the MP for Kpandai constituency, Hon. Nyindam said ”governance go beyond the traditional way, you need to think, you need to sit down and think and think big to make sure that you use the resources you have well, so I still agree with my professor that poverty is lack of ideas.” he lamented.

He further explained that , Bawumia categorically said that after the memorandum of understanding on the 15billion dollars, and at the end of the day, there is an implementation of the facts, where there is the need to go to Parliament as the minority said on it press conference about the parliamentary approval of the loan as they presumed, it would be forwarded to parliament.

He added that, the NDC’s are very uncomfortable that the NPP are delivering all the promises they promised Ghanaian, hence their press conferences on every issues. According to him, the NDC think NPP can’t fulfilled it promises, but NPP is performing well so their jealous.

He said, on the era of the NDC, they taxed everything to the extent of taxing condoms.

According to him, the NPP are good when it come to law, he cited the example that, Nana Addo was a renounce lawyer and he has been a minister, Anthony General  and a Foreign minister before, becoming the president of Ghana, he knows the law and will not break the law, so the NDC can talk, they will take the good ones from it.
