A leading member of the opposition National Democratic Congress NDC, and the 2020 parliamentary hopeful for Yilo Krobo constituency, Hon. Michael Ologo, have stated that the NDC is very strong and it needs all party members to come together and unite to enable it win the 2020 general elections.
Speaking to radiooneghana.com and Star FM during the NDC Solidarity Walk, Hon. Ologo stressed that ” even in opposition we are like a ruling Party, just look at the crowd my brother, what we need is unity, and trust me the NDC is coming back in 2020″.
The march was organised by the National Democratic Congress (NDC), on Thursday, September 21, 2017, to commemorate the Founder’s Day Celebration of the birthday of Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, the Founder and first President of the Republic of Ghana.
The March which saw party loyalist and most of the party bigwigs such as Mr. kofi Adams, Hon. Ofosu Ampofo, Hon. Anita Dessosa, Hon. Chairman Kofi Portuphy, Hon. Seth Terkpe, Hon. Koku Anyidoho just to name a few commenced at 6am, from the Nima roundabout through, Kwame Nkrumah Circle, to Katamanto through UTC and ended up at the polo grounds next to the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum.
