A Supreme Court Judge, His Lordship Justice Julius Ansah has reiterated the visions of the Chief Justice, Her Ladyship Justice Sophia Akuffo, that a court must be branded to befit the authority the Judiciary in the Country.
Speaking at the gathering of Chiefs, Traditional leaders, civil servants, Ministers, opinion leaders and natives of Akyem Abuakwa traditional Area, where he was the special guest on behalf of the Chief Justice, to dedicate and donate a High Court to the municipality from the Traditional Council in Honor of the Late Sir Ofori Atta I, on Friday August 24, 2018, His Lordship Justice Julius Ansah explored the deplorable state of many Courts in the country.
He again said there are some places where they even share with other state agencies and the commonest among them is lack of basic facilities to help augment the services of the judiciary. He said such conditions promote inefficient, uncomfortable and inconveniences thereby posing threats while exercising their mandates.
Mr Ansah then lauded the Traditional Council for their unprecedented initiative, applauded them and urged all traditional councils to emulate such move, however, he charged them to take good care of the ultramodern facility.

It would be recalled that Kasoa Magistrate Court was rampant in the news some few weeks ago owing to the fact that they had no place of convenience; Gents and Ladies, where the Magistrate Judge had no option than to resort to the use of chamber pot to ease herself.
His Lordship Justice Julius Ansah reigned enough praise on the Etwienananom, Organisers of the 75th anniversary as they put up the ultramodern structure to hose Court proceedings.
The anniversary will be crowned today at the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Kyebi.
