Mr Amoako Agyei, the President of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA), in the Eastern Region of Ghana has on Friday, 24th August, 2018 revealed to the natives of Akyem Abuakwa Traditional Area and the entire gathering that Litigation is very, very Expensive.
That notwithstanding, their services could not be compromised and assured them that the GBA is 100% available to all stakeholders, particularly the Bench, Judiciary and the Litigants.
He made this known when he represented the Ghana Bar Association at the ceremony which is part of the schedules in the commemoration of the late Amantiremanmienu Nana Sir Ofori Atta I, to donate and Dedicate a High Court in honor of the ever hero of Akyem Abuakwa.
The ceremony that witnessed dignitaries of all walks of life in the Country including the Minister of Works and Housing and MP for Akyem Abuakwa North, Hon. Atta Akyea, Municipal Chief Executive of the area, Mr Twum Ampofo, Supreme Court Judge, Justice Julius Ansah et al, was very successful when it met dignitaries also from the Traditional Council of Akyem Abuakwa.

Mr Amoako admitted that Jurisdiction in some way or the other have been purported as misplaced judgment, however, he assured the gathering that when GBA is implored, they would ensure proper and efficient jury is taken.
The Kyebi High Court Complex is dedicated to the late Amantiremanmienu Nana Ofori Atta I for his great legacies left for the people of Akyem Abuakwa and Ghana in general.
