Ofosu Ampofo Stands Tall In NDC Chairmanship Race – NDC Communication Director

A deputy Communication Director for the Opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), in the Abuakwa North Constituency in the Eastern Region, Mr Wahab Amadu, has revealed that only Mr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, the current 1st vice Chairman of the Party who doubles as the Director of elections for NDC,  in a capacity as National Chairman for their party, would as a matter of fact, recapture power from the ruling Akufo-Addo led New Ptriotic Party, NPP, come 2020 polls.

He said Mr Ofosu Ampofo stands Tall among all aspirants so far.

Mr. Amadu Wahab made this revealation on, ISSUES ( a political Talkshow), on Radio One, hosted by Owurakou Asamoah on Saturday 18th August 2018.
He said as far as he, as an NDC Deputy Communication Director and other die-hard supporters of their beloved party are concerned, Mr. Ofosu Ampofo beats all National Chairman aspirants.

So far names available to Radio 1 News are Hudu Yahaya, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, Betty Mould Iddrisu and Dan Abodakpi, and amongst them he thinks Mr Ofosu Ampofo stands tall.

He reiterated his readiness to support Mr Ofosu Ampofo across the stretch to make this achievable.
He said the Position of a national Chairman of this big party demands one who posesses the qualities of Ofosu Ampofo.  ” He is blameless, trustworthy, bold, proactive, hardworking and grassroots man”, he said.

The National Democratic Congress would be going to the polls to elect Regional Executives,  the National executives, then the ultimate, Flag-bearer election before the end of the year 2018. The members of the party are poised at making good decision for agenda 2020.

Will there be changes in the current administration of the party? Time will tell.
