One Heart For Ofosu Ampofo – NDC Group Emerges

It appears the 1st Vice Chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress, NDC, Mr Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo who doubles as the Director of elections for the NDC is amassing an overwhelming support all over the country ahead of his supposed contenders.

After the NDC stalwart declared his intention to vie for the National Chairman for the Party, there have been quite a number of groups within the party who have surfaced to support his bid for the Chairmanship position but the most recent among them is a group in the Central region called; One Heart For Ofosu Ampofo (OHOA).

According to sources within the group, after several Deliberations, Maximum Consultations and carefully Analysing the betterment of their party, NDC, they finally decided on supporting Mr Ofosu-Ampofo’s bid for the National Chairmanship race for the NDC.

The group believes that with Mr Ofosu-Ampofo as the National Chairman for NDC, 2020 will be a must win for them.

Mr EKow Gyan, who is a member of the group and upon granting a phone interview with Radio 1 News on 0241466848, admitted their readiness to support Mr Ofosu-Ampofo all in the name of party solidarity, “for 2020 election must be a done deal for them and with Mr Ofosu Ampofo, Victory is assured” he said.

When quizzed on why One Heart, he said they are coming out whole heartedly in support of his bid without any course of rethinking.

Mr Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo has declared his intention to steer the affairs of the National Democratic Congress in the Mandate as the National Chairman of the Party to help restore the dignity of the Nation being dragged into gutters by the ruling New Patriotic Party. The National Congress of the Party will come off October 20, 2018.
