An NDC ( National Democratic Congress) bigwig and Parliamentary hopeful, Mr. Michael Ologo, has chided President Nana Addo on the occasion of non performing ministers who have been reassigned to take up new roles and duties in the maiden Reshuffle of the NPP government leaves nothing but an indelible conception that the government clearly lacks the right calibre of men and personnel to execute their campaign mandates of providing social amenities and buoyant economy for all and sundry.

The stalwart and a Parliamentary hopeful in the NDC party at the Yilo Krobo constituency of the eastern region ridiculed and downplayed assertions by President Akufo Addo and the NPP which suggest that, “they, the NPP have the men to bring the needed change and transformation that Ghanaians deserve under the regime of the Akufo Addo- Bawumia Presidency”. A position which the party has held on for sometime now.

Mr Ologo made this revealation when the President released a list of 15 state ministers who have been reshuffled and he can not fathom why the president couldn’t gather the courage to sack the corrupt ministers but rather gave them a change of portfolios. To him, President Akufo Addo’s administration is comical and flat, and one which has not been experienced before anywhere in Ghana and across the sub-regions.

Mr. Ologo chastised the Akufo Addo – Dr. Bawumia government for paying lip service to the avalanche of promises they signed and made with Ghanaians which has not seen the light of day.

He remarked and reminisced the mantra and campaign slogan by the NPP in 2016 which suggested that Ghanaians would witness a slim government if they are given the nod to rule because they have the men. Ghanaians bought into their deceitful lips and voted for the NPP but upon assumption of power President Nana Addo and his henchmen ballooned the size of government to astronomical feat and thereby liquidating the nation’s coffers.

He again quized the NPP government on the number of capable men they have if not only those with the ministerial positins now and then buttressed calls by the President to appoint competent persons in key and strategic sectors of the country, and desist from committing naked blunders and amateur procedural deficiencies in government which have become evident within the past 19 months and still counting.

Mr Michael Ologo, who is the Chief Executive Officer of TIMAX Group, General Manager, Radio One Ghana, and also the Director and a board member of Precious Minerals Marketing Company and is a big ticket for the NDC at the Yilo Krobo Constituency.
