NDC Women Organiser Backs Ofosu Ampofo For National Chairman

The opposition National Democratic Congress will be going to the poll to elect National executives to man the Party in the next four years. However, Mrs Evelyn Korang, former Eastern Regional Women Organiser for NDC, has thrown her support for Mr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo to win the National Chairmanship Position among other equally deserved candidates.
Speaking on the Susubiribi Morning Show on Radio 1, (100.7MHZ), on Friday 7th September, 2018, the long-served NDC women Organiser in the region disclosed that Mr Ofosu Ampofo has exhibited numerous expertise in the party with regards to his services to the party and to the nation as a whole.
She added that upon his services to the nation, he has never been painted with corruption, causing financial loss, nepotism among others. She believes Mr Ofosu Ampofo stands tall among his contenders. “He is very good, kind-hearted, respectfully, grassroots man and the only one among the contenders that can help the party restore it’s lost glory and reclaim power from the ruling Akufo-Addo led New Patriotic Party, NPP.
Mrs Evelyn Korang used the opportunity to appeal to Ghanaians most especially to the NDC’s that even if the hate Mr Ofosu Ampofo, for the love of the party and reclaiming power in 2020, they must endorse Ofosu Ampofo, campaign for him and vote for him to become the next NDC National Chairman.

Mr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo is currently the 1st National vice Chairman of the NDC and doubles as the Director of Elections. He together with other 4 contenders seek to become the first child of the Party. He’s always been heard of restructuring the party from grassroots, restoring the probity and accountability which is the heart of the party and then restore power to the NDC come election 2020, the ultimate.
