Takoradi Techl University loses 4.5million to brooks financial services

The Takoradi Technical University (TTU) is said to have lost about GH¢4.5million investment it made with Brooks Financial Services in the Western region.

The botched investment was said to have been done by the University’s Vice-Chancellor, Rev. Professor John Frank Eshun without the approval of the University’s Governing Council with the said GHC4.5 million was part of government funds for the management of the school’s operations.

Speaking on Adom FM’s Anti-corruption segment, Fabewoso, the host of the show, Captain Smart who broke the news said the Technical University has since not been able to recover the said investment due to the collapse of the financial institute over two years now.

We can all recall the likes of DKM; God is love, Jester motors, the popular Pyram of 1995, R5 and now the gold dealership firm which has left scores of Ghanaians disgruntled.

However, there was one name Fred Frimpong was recurrent in many of the financial institutions and the big question asked was who is this Fred Frimpong?
