We Now Have NPP, NDC Doctors – Charles Owusu Laments

Aide to the Chief Executive Officer of the Forestry Commission, Mr Charles Owusu has urged politicians to use power to develop rather than cause fear and intimidate people.

According to Mr Owusu, the rate at which everything is politicised in the country is very unfortunate and if care is not taken, it might cost the country.

“Now we have NDC and NPP doctors, lawyers, contractors, policemen. When NDC is in power the NPP feels the police are against them and vice versa. I pity the police as an institution a lot. What country is this, where we politicise everything? The most annoying part is some media houses allow politicians to use their platforms to issue threats and insults,” he stated on Peace FM, monitored by Adomonline.

He added that there are more important issues that need to be addressed to better the lives of Ghanaians.

“There are more important things we need to address rather than politicising every single issue. When there is an outbreak of malaria, accidents, war and conflict, political parties don’t matter, so I will plead with politicians to make Ghana peaceful,” he appealed.Comments:
