The former high commissioner to the United Kingdom in the erstwhile John Dramani Mahama led NDC administration, H.E. According to the outspoken member of the opposition National Democratic Congress, NDC, the current administration promised too much.

In a studio discussion on the susubiribi morning show on Radio 1FM 100.7MHZ, on Tuesday 11th June 2019, H.E. Victor Smith revealed to the host, Nana Kwabena Addo that through lies and unrealistic promises of the NPP gained roots in the minds of the Ghanaian populace and now the government is found wanting.

“Things are not going on well because they promised too much. They promised heaven and they can’t deliver. You promised heaven when you know you don’t have what it takes to deliver. You are going to try but let them appreciate that Rome was not built in a day. But you didn’t tell them that”, Ambassador Victor Smith revealed.
