A member of the eastern regional communication team from the opposition National democratic congress, NDC, Francis Adenyo-Ableode Gregory has bemoaned on the incessant corruption scandals in the country and has disclosed that the inability of some roads, hospitals and other social amenities to be realized in the country owe to the fact that these money find they way into some few peoples pockets because of corruption.
According to the communicator, the tremendous scandals happening in Ghana is uncalled for and all amount to the the delays in Ghana development.
He made these revelations on the Susubiribi Morning Show on radio 1FM 100.7MHZ on September 5 2019, when the host Nana Kwabena Addo asked him to compare and contrast corruption before and now, assess it to see if really Ghana is fighting corruption.
He said the government now is not doing anything to curb corruption in Ghana because barely a day goes without a record of corruption scandal and even that no approach is made by the Akufo-Addo government to save the public purse.

He cited the BOST scandal, GRA, NYA, PDS, PPA scandals among others.
