NDC Must Reward Loyalty, Sacrifice, and Hard work – Yilo NDC Member

As tension looms in the NDC at Yilo Krobo constituency in the eastern region, a member of the NDC in the constituency, Herbert Anyanumeh, believes it’s high time calm is restored by rewarding the loyal, hardworking and most committed in the constituency.

In a script sighted by Radio1News reveals Herbert Anyanumeh, a member of NDC in Yilo Krobo appeals to the party heads, faithfuls and supporters especially those in Yilo Krobo to reward the loyalists in the constituency as far as the parliamentary primaries is concerned.

The National Democratic Congress is a political party that believes in Loyalty, Sacrifice and hard work, this is well defined in the June 4 principles which gave birth to the party, this values denotes the culture ,norms and the style of governance which is different from other political parties.

The YILO KROBO Constituency is a stronghold of the party, the only reason being that, the members hold on to the ideology and the philosophy of the party. The seat is a moderate one but also demands the hearts of Loyalty , Sacrifice and hard work.

Today, the members are fighting for this status quo to remain, because the seat is not cheap and for sale. Albert TETTEH NYARKOTEY, the disqualified but appealed aspirant must know that he is new to the party, never sacrificed for the party in any capacity, an alien to the party in the constituency for decades, his watery contributions last year still don’t qualifies him to contest and be elected as a member of Parliament. He took a risk in filing for his nomination because he knows in the spirit of the guidelines that he is not qualified.

Also, he didn’t even participated in all the process during the recent general elections held in 2016 in the constituency , so what’s the basis for his qualification. He must come to the table of Loyalty ,Sacrifice and hard work for the party is not cheap.

Hon Michael OLOGO stands tall when it comes to Loyalty, sacrifice and hardworking since 1992 and we need such characters in the constituency. If the party fails to follow it own guidelines, values and ideology, then the spirit of loyalty, sacrifice and hard work will be missing, sending the signal that ,the party is not worth dyeing for.

The National Executives working on this issue must be guided by what holds us together and not listen to the sounds of greed and selfishness but that of the true Democrats.
