Just after 72 hours of recording death toll at Nsutam, a long trailer (with registration number, GT 2809 – V) parked at the shoulders of the road at Bunso Junction in the eastern region runs into a taxi (with registration number GR 4489 – 14) also parked at the shoulders of the road (but on the other side) and then moves straight into a provision shop.

The driver of the trailer is nowhere to be found since he parked the trailer there in the afternoon, meanwhile the taxi driver had parked there due to the rain to find solace in someone’s shop.

Fortunately and unfortunately, no human life was lost even as the taxi was heavily damaged and properties destroyed.

The taxi driver who was sad though thanked God for saving his life at a time where he has not fully paid the taxi he bought in about 2 months ago.
