NPP Primaries: Dr. Amaning Danquah Picks Nomination Forms To Contest Fanteakwa South Seat

“I intend to leave a mark to demonstrate to all that indeed, there are individuals whose hearts are burdened with the desire to show that the roles of parliamentarians transcend the boarders of law making,”- Dr Amaning said as he makes his intention to contest the Fanteakwa south parliamentary seat in the upcoming NPP parliamentary primaries.

In the early hours of Thursday, 30th January, 2020, Dr. Daniel Amaning Danquah, as part of his bid to contest the parliamentary seat of the Fanteakwa South Constituency on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party, picked his nomination forms at the constituency office in the company of the teeming youths of the constituency.

Dr. Daniel Amaning Danquah, a native of the Osino community, holds a PhD in Clinical Pharmacy, with honors from the Ghana College of Pharmacists Fellowship Award, 2016 as well as the Bill and Melinda Gates Fellowship Award for Research Scientists in 2015.

According to Dr. Amaning Danquah, his bid to contest the parliamentary seat is born out of an earnest and passionate desire in changing the fortunes of the Fanteakwa South Constituency. “I intend to leave a mark to demonstrate to all that indeed, there are individuals whose hearts are burdened with the desire to show that the roles of parliamentarians transcend the boarders of law making,” he said.

Again, Dr Amaning Danquah noted that upon comprehensive deliberations and consultations, he had no option than to opt for the betterment of the party, and thus picking a nomination form to help actualise his visions and missions of the noble elephant’s party.

In his submission, the founder of the Amaning Danquah Foundation, Dr. Daniel Amaning, reiterated that, his commitment is not only to win the primaries but to also secure the seat for the collective interest of the party in the 2020 general elections.

Dr. Danquah encouraged and admonished the party folks and the electorate of the constituency to unite and throw their weight behind him, not only in the primaries but also in the general elections.

He is noted for his benevolence, team work, general support for humanity and generations yet unborn.

The ruling New Patriotic Party, NPP opened nominations for Parliamentary and Presidential primaries from 20th January 2020 to 20th February 2020 and are set to vote in April this year to select their candidates for the 7th December general elections.
