Managers of the Universal Multimedia Company Limited (UML); Radio 1Ghana 100.7fm and Ahotor FM (92.3MHZ) had a 2 day retreat to review 2019 success and the projections in 2020.
The veteran journalist, Ahuma Bosco Ocansey, popularly known in the media fraternity as Daddy Bosco, who doubles as the General Manager for Ahotor FM chaired the two day program from Friday 17th January- Saturday 18th January 2020 and ensured it was successful.
The all important retreat had two main agenda; (1) Review 2019 Success and (2) Plan for 2020
Most of the deliberations centered on election 2020 as the team is poised at delivering good coverage of the upcoming general elections.

Again, the team concluded on delivering quaility contents to audience and provide great customer services to clients.
Owuraku Asamoah, programs manger, led the Radio 1 team.
All hopes were high as the accountant, Gabriel AKwertey assured the team his readiness to provide the needed financial resources to meet the demands of the multimedia.
Participants also assured the General Manager their readiness to translate the knowledge into skills.
