Atiwa East NPP Primaries: Cudjoe Kafui Amegah Files Nomination, Promises GHS 20,000.00 To Build Party Office

Being the last of the five aspirants in Atiwa East constituency to file his nominations to contest for the parliamentary candidate slot on the ticket of the governing New Patriotic Party, on Wednesday 19th February 2020, Cudjoe Kafui Amegah promised to support the constituency with twenty thousand Ghana cedis to commence the building of a party office for the constituency even as his major focus would be on Agriculture.
Cudjoe Kafui Amegah, followed with a teeming party supporters and faithfuls walked on the streets of Anyinam before going to the party office to file his nomination.
In his submission, while speaking with Radio1News, he stated vehemently without mincing words that his focus would be on developing Agriculture even as he has already started in ensuring there is rice milling machine in the district.
“Our focus will be on developing Agriculture in our constituency. Even now we have started it. You can go and ask residents of Enyiresi. We have been able to provide a rice milling machine so that farmers would be relieved of burdens after rice harvest”- Cudjoe Kafui Amegah said.

He recounted how rice farmers used to go through heckles off sending their rice produce to Kade, for processing.
Again, Cudjoe Amegah added that the constituency is old enough to have their own building as an office and for that reason, promised to release twenty thousand Ghana cedis (GHS 20,000.00) by May this year to commence building a party office for the constituency.
“Last year, Chairman made us aware of a plot of land they have bought for the party so I want to assure you that i’ll donate twenty thousand Ghana cedis for you to start build a constituency office by May this year”- Cudjoe Kafui Amegah revealed.
Cudjoe Kafui Amegah was resolute and firm to his promise if as the media asked if he wont keep to his promise should the table turn.
Four males and a female who happens to be the incumbent and deputy minister of finance are battling for the parliamentary slot for the party.
