Campaign Promises: NPP Has Failed Totally, Done Virtually Opposite Their 2016 Promises – Former MP

The former member of parliament for Madina on the ticket of NDC, Alhaji Ahmadu Sorogho has revealed that the only thing the ruling New Patriotic Party, NPP has done so far in office is to do opposite of their promises.
According to the former law maker, the Akufo-Addo led NPP government has woefully failed Ghanaians since they have not been able to successfully fulfilled any of their promises.
In a phone interview with the host of the susubiribi morning show, Nana Kwabena Addo Papabi on Radio 1 100.7fm, the outspoken NDC stalwartwas not impressed with anything that the incumbent government has done.
“NPP has done opposite of their promises. What did they promise in 2020? Our education sector is now traffic light. Did they not promise to end galamsey? what is the state now? Where are the excavators?The NPP has disgraced the nation and i don’t think they have got anything better to show Ghanaians” – Alhaji Amadu Sorogho said.

Alhaji Amadu Sorogho, added that bribery and corruption is on the rise, fuel prices have shot up, food import is increased. He also chided the NPPfor neglecting virtually every sector of the economy.
“NPP is not democrat. They are not law abiding. what have they done to Charles Bissue? What have they done to perpetrators Ayawaso West Wuogon violence? Do they have balls to sack Professor Frimpong Boateng, John Boadu, and co?”
Meanwhile the New Patriotic Party, NPP will today hold a townhall meeting in Kumasi to showcase their performance to the nation. Three years in office, the NPP is confident they are on track in fulfilling their 388 promises.
