Ivan Kyei Innocent has also waded into the controversies surrounding the GeTFund Scholarships as to who really benefits.

According toba write up available to Radio1News, the gentleman is asking why it appears everyone is blaming Napo, the Education minister whose name was captured on the list as a beneficiary to a scholarship that is meant to be given to the poor and needy but brilliant ones. Below is the write up of Ivan;

“Discussions around the GETFund controversies are becoming very nauseating and annoying.
Let me start by saying ” hypocrites don’t build a nation, they build themselves and destroy the rest”. For once why can’ t we elevate this discourse beyond the frontiers of partisan considerations and desist from becoming so much fixated on the names that have been mentioned, trust me, there are a lot of big names across the political divide who were equally beneficiaries of this filthy act of corruption and influence peddling and if those names drop, I wonder what position will be left for those singing hallelujah choruses today to take. … remember the report says over 3000 people were awarded scholarship between 2009-2017 and about 80% of the number didn’t deserve it….Yes !

Napo benefitting from a scholarship package reserved for the poor and the needy at the time he was MP further exposes how men entrusted with public trust abuse and bully our fragile system to satisfy their insatiable corrupt orgies. But Napo even though was MP, he didn’t have the capacity to grant / award GETFund scholarship to himself, the question is, who signed and awarded the said scholarship to Matthew Opoku Prempeh, Napo as he’s often referred.

The good harmless question is, at the time of the grant, didn’t the person in-charge know Napo was MP ?

Let’s cut these silly jokes and get serious if we really want to build a country, my people, and address and prevent this nasty development from reoccurring and trust me, the best way to do that is by blaming the right persons who robbed poor people of their statutory entitlements by forcing them to take responsibility for their actions which were predominantly fueled by greed, filthy ego and sheer reluctance to help their own people.

The sad thing is that , these are same people who by default, click themselves to loud silence whenever the party goes opposition and miracleously resurrect like Jesus when the party returns to power to take big positions again and again because they have tons of degrees, they can roll their tongues 360 degrees to speak like a disappointed European and have connection to high places all to the detriment of poor party executives and foot soldiers who worked their ass out for that victory.

Hypocrites don’t build a nation, they build themselves and destroy the rest ! Direct your fury / anger to the real culprits !”
