The Fanteakwa South Constituency Youth Organiser for the opposition National Democratic Congress, NDC in the eastern region, Hon. Ofosu Ware Shadrack who doubles as the assembly member for Osino Nkatease electoral Area has been given three months suspension for allegedly having close deals with the NPP MP for Fanteakwa south, Hon. Kofi Agyekum.

The constituency executives accuse Hon. Ofosu Ware who is popularly called Shark ( from Shadrack) for mobilizing and leading party branch executives and members to series of meetings at the residence of the NPP MP which is against their constitution.

In the letter copied to the NDC regional chairman, regional secretary, constituency chairman, Disciplinary committee, all branch chairmen and available to Radio1News, effective 12th March 2020, the deputy youth organiser takes charge of the duties of the youth organiser even as disciplinary committee is yet to sit on the matter.

Meanwhile, Hon. Shadrack in a phone interview with Obido Nana Gyasi refuted the claims and in anger tone revealed his readiness to take on the executives especially the chairman.

Even though the party has not officially sent him a letter, of his suspension, he confessed he has seen the purported suspension letter on social media which is an indictment on his career, reputation and personality but he added that the suspension is born out of sheer hatred and envy.

Again, Shark said he’s going to put bible aside and curse all those behind the suspension.

“I have not taken any money from the MP. I have not led any party executives or branch members to the MP neither have we had any series of meetings as alleged in the letter. Let me tell you, I’ll put bible aside and curse them, whoever is involved and I’m not going to retract anything I’ve said. Bible may delay but the waters will not”- Angry Shadrack said on phone.

In as much as the exact flaws were not spelt out in the letter, Hon. Shadrack revealed that he’s been accused of taking money from the MP to support his bid.

Below is a copy of the suspension letter to Hon. Shadrack:
