Currently Afcon operations affects 5 Districts such as Shai Osudoku (Greater Accra), Yilo Krobo (Eastern Region), Lower Manya Krobo (Eastern Region), Asuogyaman (Eastern Region) and North Tongu (Volta Region).
If one understands how movement of persons, goods and services happen in these districts, its crucial for the President to lock down these Districts and embark on a massive testing in some 6 exposed communities; Nuaso, Kpong, Akrade, Atimpoku, Juapong, Apegusu. The Afcon workers interact most with these communities on daily basis.
Closing down markets and mounting police check points alone will not solve the problem. I strongly recommend a lock down of the areas and massive community testing. If there are no resources, lets call for public donations to support the testing. I am sure we can get some donations.
These towns link major parts of Ghana and so if care is not taken our fight for the past weeks will be in vain.
