Trust in figures released by the Ghana health Services in relation to the cases of of the deadly coronavirus pandemic in Ghana has always been issue of contention.

In an interview with the able journalist he said though Ghana Health service has proved their efficacy in this fight but must tell us indicate why they delay in updating their case counts.

“I must say, Ghana is handling the virus very well and thumbs up to the Ghana health service. In fact i commend them for such a feat, they are really doing very well. But in eastern region, the regional health directorate released a situational report of the cases in the region on May 21 2020, that was Thursday and the release reported that a total of 117 cases are confirmed in the region with 86 recoveries but till now, May 26 2020, the national Ghana Health Services still report confirmed cases of 106 for the region. What is the cause of the discrepancy? Who do we believe? Regional or National?” – Nana Gyasi asks.
