Okyenhene Donates 3,647 Items To Cabinet Chiefs To Fight Coronavirus

The Okyenhene, Osagyefuo Amoatia Ofori Panin II, the Paramount chief of the Akyem Abuakwa traditional area has again done what he is used to.
Osagyefuo has donated three thousand, six hundred and forty seven items to the cabinet members of Akyem Abuakwa traditional area to further be distributed to the heath centres and the vulnerable in the various communities.
The items which included veronica buckets, face masks, thermometer guns, liquid soaps, waste bins, hand sanitisers, hand washing tables, disposable paper towels, Gloves, GARI, Tuna, Beans and Rice.

The Okyeman Gyaasehene, Osabarima Ayimadu Kantamanto II, made the donation in the presence of other cabinet chiefs.
Now the following towns and institution are the beneficiaries; Apapam, Tweapease, Kyebi Hospital, Achiase, Otwereso, Tafo, Asuom, Akrofufu, Sawirako, Osino, Adasawase, Suhum, Banks, Benkum division, Nifa Division, Adonten division, Gyaase, Oseawuo, Asamankese, Kyebi, and His Royal Majesty.
Observing social distancing and ban on public gathering, only a few were available at the time of the donation.
Furthermore, he declared that the Okyenhene, Osagyefuo Amoatia Ofori Panin has donated ₵100,000.00 to Ghana’s Covid-19 fund to help the government deal with the menace.
