Covid-19: Ghana’s Total Death Toll Hits 44, Second Least Among first 10 Most Hit in Africa

The deadly coronavirus pandemic also known as Covid-19, is somehow not leaving the globe any time soon. Day in day out, new cases are recorded, however, some countries are more hit than others.

In Africa, total case count of confirmed Covid-19 is 185,288 with 5,059 total death.

So far Egypt is hit with the more death toll with a total of 1,198 and is the first most hit country of more death with South Africa following with 952 death toll and placed second.

Among the first ten most hit country, Djibouti has recorded 26 death ranked 10th, followed by Ghana with 44 death ranked 9th. Algeria, Sudan and Nigeria follow at 3rd, 4th and fifth with 698 death, 347 death and 333 death respectively.

Cameroon has recorded 212 death, while Morocco has also recorded 208 total death and are also at 6th and 7th place respectively. The 8th ranked country Senegal which has also recorded 47 total death.
