The deputy registrar in Charge of Operations at the Ghana Pharmacy Council Dr Daniel Amaning Danquah, a native of Osino in the fanteakwa South district in the eastern region has advised that in other to mitigate the effects of the deadly coronavirus pandemic in Ghana, public education must be taken to the remote areas in the districts.

He added that the education should also be in the dialect of the residents of the area.

“Ghana has done very well in the fight against the disease. I must applaud the president for many nations are now following our footsteps to manage their cases. I must say the president is doing well. One thing i will add is that the education must be taken to our local levels, our constituencies and villages. Fanteakwa south for instance; there are communities that do not have access to television and radio and cant speak our twi. so we need to take the education there and speak to them in the dialect they understand.” – Dr Amaning said.
