Covid-19: Lower Manya, Fanteakwa North, Suhum, Others, Record 100% Recovery Rate! Check The Figures

It’s a sort of relief in the eastern region as some patients of the deadly novel Covid-19 in the region are cured and discharged.
Even as 96 patients have been discharged out of the total 143 confirmed cases, some districts have recorded 100% recovery rate.
The first case in the region was confirmed in Lower Manya Krobo and together with the contact tracing, 70 cases were confirmed. However, all patients have been confirmed negative and free from the virus.
Fanteakwa North also had 6 Covid-19 patients and they are all reported to be cured and discharged. Contact tracing confirmed one at Suhum, even though the town was covered with fear of spreading astronomically but that one patient has fully recovered.

In West Akim, the confirmed case was immediately quarantined and now has fully recovered and discharged.

As of last week, Asuogyaman had 12 cases and all recovered but the district has confirmed yet another case bringing the total case to 13 leaving only one active case. Upper Manya has therefore recorded it’s first case.
