‘Wahala’ Over NPP Parliamentary Primaries

With just a fortnight to the parliamentary primaries of the ruling New Patriotic Party, NPP, a lot of issues and misunderstanding are springing up following disqualification of some aspirants.

Supporters of the elephant party feel some aspirants are deliberately disenfranchised and therefore the need to sympathise with them and seek other possible ways to redress the issues.

While some resort to invoking curses on party executives, others part ways with the party of the incumbent government, NPP.

Notable ones are the party faithfuls of Offinso and Sefwi Wiawso who today invoked curses on party leaders.

The NPP youth of Offinso claimed the party leadership was scheming to let the Member of Parliament for the area, Ben Abdallah Banda go unopposed which distastes them and therefore called for invocation of curses.

That not alone, a couple of the NPP faithfuls are not okay with the happenings.

The executives of NPP have given the green light for the conduct of the parliamentary primaries and it’s slated for June 20 2020.
