We Can Not Win 2020 Election With A Divided Front – Asiedu Nketia

The Chief Scribe of the opposition National Democratic Congress, NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, popularly known in the political phase as General Mosquito has called on all ranks and files of the NDC party to unite to win December 7 2020 general election.

According to the experienced Secretary of NDC, the party can only achieve it’s mandate of returning to the jubilee house when all members and party faithfuls ditch their differences, unite and campaign for the John Mahama and Jane Naana candidature and subsequently vote for the party.

He made this revelation when addressing the party members and the general public in a ceremony organised by the party to formally outdoor the vice presidential candidate to partner the flagbearer on Monday night July 27 2020 at UPSA.

“I have heard people saying what new is Naana bringing onboard. I’ve heard others also saying what new is Mahama going to do? My simple answer is Mahama is not going to perform any magic. Naana is not going to perform any magic. But the magic lies in the hands of the rank and files of the party, the youth and the good people of Ghana. We cannot win the election with a divided front. Let us all unite and win December general election” – General Mosquito said.

He added that the party would make a decision that would benefit the party and it is obvious not all members would be satisfied, however, the most important thing is a majority of the party members would be satisfied.

The ceremony saw the attendance of ranks and files of the party all obeying the deadly novel Covid-19 pandemic protocols as a measure of mitigating it’s effect.
