Covid-19: Six (6) In Critical Condition After Ghana’s Death Toll Hits 299 As Of 25th September

After Ghana recording 69 new cases which brings the cumulative case counts to 46,222, a total of 299 preciuos souls are lost even as 45,417 patients have fully recovered and discharged.

Ghana is currently battling with 506 active cases while 6 patients are in critical or serious conditions after 475,657 total test.

With the adherence to the Covid-19 preventing protocols spelt out by the Akufo-Addo led government and the ministry of health, the efforts in mitigating the spread of this deadly pandemic is achieving a result.

Five (5) regions are now having closed cases meaning there is no more Covid-19 cases in the regions. These regions are Upper West, Northern region, Savannah, North east and Bono region. Greater Accra leads with 352 active cases with Eastern region and Ashanti region following with 22 active cases each.

Cumulative Cases per Region in Ghana is as follows (Case Count from Highest to Lowest);

Greater Accra Region – 23,570

Ashanti Region – 10,954

Western Region – 2,966

Eastern Region – 2,401

Central Region – 1,921

Bono East Region – 781

Volta Region – 671

Western North Region – 638

Northern Region – 547

Ahafo Region – 524

Bono Region – 511

Upper East Region – 295

Oti Region – 242

Upper West Region – 90

Savannah Region – 62

North East Region – 19
