Dr Oko-Boye Explains Why He Stakes Banker – To – Banker Lotto

The deputy health minister and member of Parliament for Ledzokuku constituency, Dr Benard Oko-Boye has admitted staking a banker to banker lotto and explains why.

According to the noble man, he is kind of indiscriminating and for business purposes, he would do anything legal.

This was revealed in a release from the the office of the deputy minister of health on Thursday, 3rd September 2020 to clarify the viral image of him checking whether he has won the stakes.

“My attention has been drawn to a mischievous reportage that alleges that I am a LOTTO Staker. In as much as I respect those who  engage in LOTTO staking, it would be inaccurate to conclude I am one just because I have the habit of engaging all the kinds of businesses in my Constituency be they church establishment or LOTTO business.” – the statement read.

However, Hon. Oko-Boye added that a good leader must learn to tolerate and accommodate different shades of faculties and practices provided the activities are legal and accommodated by our laws. 

“I relate to Muslims although I practice Christianity; being with a fetish priestess to appreciate her concerns doesn’t amount to DR. OKOE BOYE denouncing his Christian faith.” – the statement added.
