The eastern regional secretary for the ruling New Patriotic Party, Hon. Jeff Konadu has revealed that the party is informed of the internal wranglings in the various constituencies after the parliamentary primaries so they (as in the party) are doing everything possible to resolve them before the December 7 2020 general election.
He made mention of Fanteakwa North, Akwatia and the few with party members resigning to run as independent candidates.
In an interview with the media yesterday at Bedtime hotel in Koforidua when the Patriotic Health Team of the party, which he serves as a patron was inducting the eastern regional chapter into office, Jeff Konadu alluded to the fact that the party has issues but those issues would not travel into the upcoming election.
Speaking as the chief scribe for the party in the region, he said issues in fanteakwa north have been resolved and now the embattled candidate has joined Hon. Amankwa Asiamah to campaign and canvass votes for the elephant party. He added that the party is still in talks with the other constituencies to make sure all issues are settled.
