Fanteakwa South Parliamentary: Dr Gyan Is Fake, Not Credible For The Seat – Incumbent MP Spews

Hon. kofi Okyere Agyekum, the member of parliament for Fanteakwa South constituency who doubles as the parliamentary candidate for the ruling New Patriotic Party, NPP has descended on the independent parliamentary candidate in the same constituency, Mr Stephen Ayisi Gyan, also known as Dr Gyan.
According to the two terms legislator, his contender, Dr Gyan formerly a member of the NPP does not fit for the position of MP for fanteakwa South.
In a One – On – One studio interview Nana Kwabena Addo on Radio 1 100.7fm on Saturday 10th October 2020, Hon. Kofi Okyere Agyekum also known as Arafat described the independent candidate as fake and not credible with reasons.
“The problem i have with that Dr is that most of his activities are fake. Now he is under investigation at FDA because he is producing an aphrodisiac that affects the nervous system and makes you paralyzed. I’m even sure his license has been revoked because this is not the first time he’s done that. Yes! I’m saying he is not credible and i can prove it. In 2015, Stephen Gyan Herbal was dragged to court for failing to pay SSNIT contributions for his employees. One who claims is able to provide jobs for the youth cannot even pay SSNIT contributions for the handful workers he has employed. He also faked people as cripples and lied that i made a statement that he doesn’t fit for the seat because he is disable. I reported the case to IGP.” – Hon Arafat said.

Moreover, the incumbent MP said Dr Gyan is fake because in his 2016 fund raising program, Dr Gyan gave him a fake cheque of GHS 5,000 .00 and cannot be trusted.
However, Mr Stephen Ayisi Gyan, a.k.a. Dr Gyan in a phone interview with Nana Kwabena Addo on Radio 1 100.7fm on Monday 12 October 2020, has refuted all those allegations of the MP and has asked all to treat them as palpable lies.
