A presidential aspirant who rescinded his decision to support the bid of a disqualified Kofi Koranteng as an independent candidate in the upcoming December 7 2020 general election, Mr Onipayede Ossom Teye has revealed that Ghana would be in a total mess in the leadership of the ruling New Patriotic Party, NPP, or the leadership of the largest opposition party, NDC is given the nod to lead the nation in another 4 years.
According to Ossom Teye, these two political parties are focused on winning just the election without taking into consideration and the overeal development of the nation and it’s citizens.
In an interview with the press, Onipayede Ossom Teye stressed that the NPP and NDC are not for development and advised that the electorate reject them and choose any other candidate among the ten.
“The two candidates have proven in their campaign messages that their focus is to win election and not to help the citizens. Such leaders only do their best in their first terms and loot for retirement in second terms. Former president Mahama did his best in his first term and our current president Nana Akufo-Addo has done his best. It is going to be a big disaster if any of them is given another chance. Let us focus on the other 10 candidates and elect 1 as our next president” – He advised.
