Like the famous adage: “No one points to his father’s house with the left hand”, the famous and one of the highly respected chief in Ghana, Osagyefuo Amoatia Ofori Panin who is the paramount Chief of Akyem Abuakwa Traditional Area and doubles as the president of the eastern regional house of chiefs has demonstrated how patriotic he is to Ghana.
According to the elite king in Ghana, he is proud as the Okyenhene but a better person as a Ghanaian as he said to promote peace, tolerance and co-existence.
Osagyefuo Amoatia Ofori Panin said this yesterday at a ceremony to officially welcome the president of the republic of Ghana in Koforidua.
He thus advised that Ghanaians desist from politics of insults and attacking a group of people. Osagyefuo called on all and sundry to come together as one to help build a formidable nation.

“We had friends and school mates from different tribes and our roommates in dormitories. We peacefully co-existed and lived as one people. We cannot divide the nation so let’s stop the practice of politics of insults. I am proud as Okyenhene, but you know what, i am a better person as a Ghanaian” – Osagyefuo reveals.
