How To Prepare Pizza

Ingredients
1kg (2.2 lbs) plain flour (All-Purpose Flour)
300g Margarine
1 glass of whole milk or water

1 white onion
200g tomato puree
3g Basil
2 cloves of garlic[crushed]
15g yeast
15g castor sugar
20g sugar
400g plum tomatoes
20g corn flour
200g mozzarella cheese
A pinch of salt
Method
1..Sieve the flour and salt
2. Rub in margarine
3. Disperse the yeast in the warm milk or water ,add castor sugar.Add this mixture to the flour.
4. Mix well ,knead to a smooth dough ,place it in a basin covered with a damp cloth and allow it prove to it double size.
5.Knock back divide into two and roll out into 18cm and place it on a light greased baking sheet.
6.Put oil on fire .Add the roughly chopped tomatoes ,tomato puree ,oregano,basil and sugar ,bring to boil simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Dilute the corn flour in a little water, stir into tomato mixture bring to back to boil.
8. Take the disc of pizza dough and spread approximately 125g of filling on each one.
9. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese and bake for 20 minutes .Serve hot or cold.
