Don’t Let Politics Create Enmity Among Us – Dr Gyan Preaches Political Tolerance

An independent parliamentary candidate in the Fanteakwa south constituency in the eastern in the upcoming general election in Ghana, Mr Stephen Ayisi Gyan, known on the political phase as Dr Gyan or Show Boy has advised the citizenry and the electorate never to allow politics cause enemity among them.

According to him, campaign or politics will end but the citizenry will still dwell on the land and therefore need to tolerate each other.

He made this statement when given a platform at a musical concert organized by Nsutam SDA at Nsutam Durbar grounds on Tuesday 1st December, 2020 to propagate peace through song ministrations ahead of the general election.

“My people, politics will end but my family is my family. We will still remain citizens here. One who votes for party A will still live here, that which also votes for party b will still live in Nsutam. At the end of the day, we will still live in Nsutam. At most by 10th December, 2020, politics will end so don’t let politics create enemity between us” – Dr Gyan advised.

Mr Stephen Ayisi Gyan is in a contest with the incumbent MP and parliamentary candidate for NPP, Hon. Kofi Okyere Agyekum and the NDC candidate being Mr Richard Fred Kwashie Jnr.

Mr Stephen Ayisi Gyan, until August 2020 was an astute member of the governing NPP. He has served in various positions with recent one being the first vice chairman for the constituency.
