EC Deliberately Delaying Voting Processes In Our Strongholds – Chairman Ofosu Ampofo Alleges

The National chairman for the opposition National Democratic Congress, NDC, Dr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo has alleged that the electoral commission has delibrately delyaed electoral processes in the strongholds of the strongholds of the NDC.

According to the NDC party chairman, contrary to assurance given them by the electoral commission, which they expect voting to start from 7:00am and ends on 5:oopm, there are some polling stations in the greater Accra region where voting has not began even as at 11am.

Hon. Samuel Ofosu Ampofo made this known in a studio interview with Nana Dogbe on the midday news.

He further revealed that he made a call to EC’s Dr Serebour Quarcoe, and made the complaints, however, he assured that he would take on till all is revealed.

Hon. Samuel Ofosu Ampofo added that the electoral commission must provide a free and ensure fair process across the name.
