A man believed to be in his 40s has been shot dead at Kasoa this morning.
Eyewitnesses believe the man was returning from the bank after withdrawing money.
The victim was waiting to board a ‘trotro’ when two men on motorbike approached him.
Shortly after that another set of two people also approached him.

They were engaged in short exchange of words when one of them snatched the brown envelope believed to contain money.
One of the armed robbers wielding a gun shot the victim at close range.
The robbers fled the scene and headed towards the Budumburam road.
The police are yet to give official information on the incident
