The sensational morning show host of Ahotor fm, Citizen Kofi Wusu, has been honoured as the best morning show host of the year in Greater Accra at the 10th Foklex Media award.

In a very competitive environment which also saw Citizen Kofi Wusu in a category with veteran journalist, Captain Smart of Angel fm, CJ of Adom Fm, Kwame Nkrumah Tikesie of Okay Fm, Andy Dosty of Hitz fm, Yaw Amofa Boakye of Oman fm, Bernard Able of Citi fm and Bonohene Baaffour Awuah of Kasapa fm.

While every nominee in the category deserved the award, a more deserving was one who is noted for his unbiased, accurate, credible and unadulterated presentation in the Greater Accra Region, the capital of Ghana.

Citizen Kofi Wusu, upon receiving the award at a grand ceremony at Accra International Conference Center thanked his listeners and the tireless efforts of management of Universal multimedia, his able production team and dedicated the award to the C.E.O of Universal multimedia, the deserving chairman of NDC , Dr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo.
