Traveling has become a necessity in our day to day activities in Ghana and the use of vehicles can not be written off.

However, while some use good cars on good roads, residents of Abuorso in the fanteakwa North district in the eastern region of Ghana have resorted to the use of a bad car on a bad road.

At a point in time, to travel safely on the said road, commuters need security patrol to go with else be robbed.

Begoro to Deedeso has been a major talk in the district where people who use that route only risk their lives. However, communities there are the suppliers of foodstuffs in the district.

The only taxi which uses the road is not in a good state though users have not complained all because of the bad state of the road. The old taxi with registration number GR 8244 B is what serves residents who plight the route without which they are compelled to use okada.

Not only are they suffering from bad condition of road but also poor network and rampant robbery attacks. Residents have no option than to walk miles to climb mountains before telecommunication networks are available.
