The communication director for the NPP in the Atiwa West constituency in the eastern region, Yaw Ofori, popularly known in the political phase as Super Yaw Ofori has revealed that contrary to the notion of a section of groups out there link the burning of Kate Gyamfua’s excavators the road minister.
According to him, the road minister has no hands in the operation and will attempt doing that.
In a studio interview on the morning show of Radio 1 on Monday May 17 2021, Super Yaw Ofori refuted claims by others that based on the national women’s organiser of the ruling party’s attack on the road minister, and therefore see the action as a deliberate attempt orchestrated by the road minister Hon. Kwasi Amoako Atta who doubles as the MP in the constituency as pay back to the women organiser, Kate Gyamfua.
“I want to emphatically say that road minister, Hon. Akwasi Amoako Atta has no hands in the burning of Kate Gyamfua’s excavators. In fact he is not even aware of the soldiers that came for that operation. Those peddling falsehoods should stop because there is no beef between Kate and road minister” – Supper Yaw Ofori.

Also kicked against the decision to burn excavators seized. However, Super Yaw Ofori said the excavators of Kate Gyamfua was never on river, neither was it in the forest and sees no reason why they also got burnt.
