An experienced evangelist in the eastern region, Evangelist Paul Asare has revealed that he takes his evangelism to Galamsey sites in the eastern region.
According to him, God’s calling has a purpose and a terrain so his is to get those at galamsey sites to God.
In a studio discussion at Radio 1 100.7FM, Evangelist Paul Asare refutes claims that most evangelists who preach on the streets are doing that for money.
However, he expressed that the word of God is superior to anything anyone gets out of preaching the word of God. He added that preaching at Galamsey sites is not due to the quantum of offertory he gets from them but the zeal to transform lives.

Evangelist Paul Asare named galamsey sites at Nyafoman, Sakapea, Koletee, Abirem, and its environs.
“I was preaching at Abirem and someone approached me that he likes my preaching. He told me he works at a galamsey site and he and his friends are weed smokers so he wants me to go there. I agreed and went there but they first took me as a CID, till i made myself known to them. Sometimes i don’t even get my lorry fare from the sites so i don’t go there for money” – Evangelist Paul Asare.
Moreover, Evangelist Paul Asare said, those they are for offertory but do not demand any fixed amount.
