The National Chairman for the opposition National Democratic Congress, NDC, Dr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo descends on the National Secretary for the ruling New Patriotic Party, John Boadu on his numerous Press conferences and attacks on former president John Dramani Mahama.
According to the outspoken NDC stalwart, John Boadu does not have the moral right or whatsoever to criticize former president John Dramani Mahama.
Speaking at an NDC youth conference at Suhum in the eastern region, the National Chairman, Dr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo urged the NPP chief Scribe, Mr John Boadu never to speak on competence or do any comparison with regards to competence by citing John Dramani Mahama because he (John Boadu) does not have that locus.
” I want to tell the NPP General Secretary John Boadu who wakes up to wear Coat and tie daily to organize press conferences to attack H. E. John Dramani Mahama and cite him as incompetent that he has failed woefully in the office as a General Secretary. We all know how much they spent during the 2020 general election and their performance. John Boadu should not come and attack John Dramani Mahama because he became a secretary when the NPP had 169 in parliament. He has failed woefully and now it has dropped to 137. He should not compare himself to John Mahama. ” – Samuel Ofosu Ampofo said.

He maintained that every necessary logistics needed for John Boadu to work were given to him so losing that number of parliamentary seats doesn’ t make him a good or competent manager. He described his performance as very abysmal and would not have been entertained in the NDC for any press conference.
” I think that he has performed so abysmally that if he were in NDC, he wouldn’ t be given another chance to organize press conferences like he is doing” – Dr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo stressed.
There have been counter press conferences between the NDC and NPP for some time now in addressing critical issues in the nation.
